??1.產(chǎn)品概述 / Product Overview
??工業(yè)級SVG是我公司引進(jìn)美國技術(shù)針對工業(yè)應(yīng)用環(huán)境開發(fā)的無功補(bǔ)償裝置，模塊結(jié)構(gòu)采用立式設(shè)計。功率組件采取大容量英飛凌IGBT，器件額定功率選值大于有效值的3倍以上，留有足夠大的安全余量，在負(fù)載較大沖擊下，能長期工作。模塊采取軸流風(fēng)機(jī)散熱，風(fēng)量大，風(fēng)壓足，散熱好; 整柜采取下進(jìn)上出風(fēng)模式，整柜頂部采用軸流風(fēng)機(jī)抽風(fēng)，底部采取防塵百葉窗進(jìn)風(fēng)，可較大程度隔離外部灰塵，能適合高溫工業(yè)現(xiàn)場及環(huán)境惡劣尤其粉塵較大的場合應(yīng)用。例如：粉體廠、粉石廠、瓷磚廠、水泥廠、鋼鐵冶煉等。
??Industrial SVG is a reactive compensation device developed by Armat introducing American technology for industrial application environment. The module structure is ofvertical design. Infineon large-capacity IGBT is adopted for the power module, and the rated power of the device is more than 3 times the effective value. SVG has an enough safety margin, and can work for a long time under the impact of large load. The module uses the axial flow fan for heat dissipation, with high air flow, sufficient air pressure and good heat dissipation. The whole cabinet adopts the lower air inlet and upper air outlet mode, the axial flow fan is used at the top of the whole cabinet for air draft, and the dustproof shutter is used at the bottom of the whole cabinet for air intake, which can isolate the external dust to a greater extent and be suitable for the high temperature industrial site and harsh environments, especially the environments with much dust, such as powder factory, powder stone factory, ceramic tile factory, cement factory, Iron and steel smelting and so on.

??工業(yè)級靜止無功發(fā)生器(簡稱SVG)是利用可關(guān)斷大功率電力電子器件(如IGBT)組成自換相橋式電路，經(jīng)過電抗器并聯(lián)在電網(wǎng)上。適當(dāng)?shù)卣{(diào)節(jié)橋式電路交流側(cè)輸出電壓的幅值和相位，就可以使該電路吸收或者發(fā)出滿足要求的無功電流，實現(xiàn)動態(tài)無功補(bǔ)償?shù)哪康摹?/span>
??Industrial static var generator (SVG) uses the high-power power electronic device (such as IGBT) which can be turned off to form a self-commutation bridge circuit to be connected to the power grid in parallel through reactors. By properly adjusting the amplitude and phase of the output voltage at the AC side of the bridge circuit, the required reactive current can be absorbed or emitted by the circuit to achieve the purpose of dynamic reactive compensation.
