AMT-500系列電源快速切換裝置通過實時監(jiān)控電壓、頻率、相位等技術(shù)，快速切換工作電源和備用電源，保證在工作電源故障斷電時，負(fù)荷能不斷電連續(xù)運行。同時還具備有手動起動、失壓起動、誤跳起動等多種起動快速切換功能，提高了控制自動化水平。

By tracking voltage, frequency and phase in time, the AMT-500 series quick switch device (hereinafter referred to as “the Product”) can realize quick switch of in-service power supply and backup power supply, to ensure the uninterrupted power supply and running in case the in-service power supply has a fault. Besides, it improves the control automation level based on multiple quick switch functions, such as manual startup, voltage loss startup and mistrip startup.

適用于電廠、化工、冶金、煤炭等有較多電動機負(fù)荷，存在電動機反饋電壓場合的電源切換。適用于各種化工、冶金等行業(yè)用戶的電力系統(tǒng)主接線，不適用于單母線接線的工作電源和備用電源之間相互切換，還適用于單母分段接線的工作電源、備用電源和分段開關(guān)的多狀態(tài)相互自適應(yīng)切換操作。

The Product applies to the power switch in scenarios with a large number of motor loads and motor feedback voltage, such as power plant, chemistry, metallurgy and coal industries. It is also applicable to the main wiring for power system of users in industries such as chemistry and metallurgy, mutual switch of in-service power supply and backup power supply of single-bus wiring, as well as the multi-status and mutual-adaption switch of in-service power supply, backup power supply and segmented switches of single-bus segmented wiring.

3. Functions:

（1）切換基本功能，包括：快速同期切換功能、同期捕捉切換功能、殘壓切換功能、延時切換功能；

  (1)  Basic functions of switch include: Quick simultaneous switch function, simultaneous capture and switch function, residual voltage switch function and delayed switch function;

（2）切換閉鎖功能：出現(xiàn)PT斷線、開關(guān)位置異常、裝置內(nèi)部故障、外部保護(hù)閉鎖、后備失電閉鎖、切換退出任一情況、裝置進(jìn)行了一次動作后等情況，切換閉鎖；

  (2)  Switch lockout function: The Product triggers switch lockout in case of PT breaking, switch position error, internal fault, external protection lockout, backup power loss lockout, switch exit and one action of device;
        （3）具有多種切換方式，包括：并聯(lián)自動切換、并聯(lián)半自動切換、串聯(lián)切換、同時切換；

 (3)  It supports multiple switch modes, including parallel auto switch, parallel semi-auto switch, tandem switch and simultaneous switch;
        （4) 去耦合功能：切換過程中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)整定時間內(nèi)，應(yīng)該合上的開關(guān)已合上，但應(yīng)該跳開的開關(guān)未跳開，裝置將執(zhí)行去耦合功能，跳開剛合上的開關(guān)，以避免兩個電源長時間并列；

 (4)  Decoupling function: The Product will trigger decoupling function and trip off the closed switch if it has normal switching off but failed tripping in the setting time of switching process, to avoid long-term parallel switching of two power supplies;

 (5）后加速功能：為防止切換合閘合于故障，裝置輸出了“起動后加速”接點，用于起動配有后加速功能的保護(hù)，以加速切除故障。

 (5)  Post-acceleration function: The Product outputs the “Acceleration after startup” contact to provide post-acceleration protection after startup and promote troubleshooting, in order to avoid faults during switching.
